Two of the most beautiful golf courses in Arkansas are at our state parks: DeGray Lake Resort State Park in Bismark and Village Creek State Park in Wynne. Fling Golf is a cross between lacrosse and traditional golf. Players use a “fling stick” to toss the ball down the course and eventually putt it in. This new game is easier to learn than traditional golf and much less expensive. State park visitors can rent a stick for FREE and just pay the green fees. It would be a great part of a family weekend getaway.
