Park Accessibility
Recognizing the need for increased access to outdoor recreation in Arkansas, we have partnered with Accessibility Arkansas to develop a fleet of all-terrain wheelchairs that will be available for use in outdoor recreational areas across the state.
The first all-terrain wheelchair in this program is an Action Trackchair and is located at Logoly State Park near Magnolia. It is available at no cost, but reservations are required. Reservations are made here on the Accessibility Arkansas website.
Two additional Trackchairs will be coming soon -- one to a state park in Central Arkansas, and the other to a state park in Northwest Arkansas. Our goal is to further expand access across Arkansas and into other outdoor recreational areas.

About Our Efforts:
We have partnered with our web provider and the accessibility auditing provider Siteimprove to reduce the occurrence of barriers across all elements of our website. The audits are reviewed on a monthly basis, followed by code updates.
