Our upstairs conference room with large windows framing the view of the Kiamichi Valley will handle your meeting, workshop, or retreat in comfort, style and convenience. The room will accommodate seating for up to 114 persons. Just a few steps from the lodge guest rooms, this conference room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment offered at no extra charge. Room darkening shades can be controlled from the podium area.

Restaurant Facilities
A limited menu will be available for snacks and other food items that can be served in this room. An expanded menu will be available in the restaurant.
Our full-service restaurant is prepared to complement your meeting with meals and snacks tailored to your needs. The restaurant will open for service at 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for specific buffet entrees, plated meals, or appetizers. Accommodations can also be made for persons with special dietary requirements. Advance notice is required.
