Join Park Interpreter Carrie at the Slunger Creek Nature Trail to explore the wonderful wildflowers of the Ouachita Mountains. This stroll will take about 45 minutes and is about ¾-mile long. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring water. <br>

Drop into the nature cabin to discover the things that make Lake Catherine State Park so special. Park Interpreters will be available to give short programs, help start your explorer program or answer any questions you may have about this special place!<br>

<p>In order to purchase a hunting license in Arkansas anyone who was born after December 31, 1968, must complete Hunter Education. This is a 10-hour course that will be held from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 – 5 p.m. on Sunday. Participants must attend both days to complete the course. There will</p>

<p>Help protect Logoly State Park with a morning of park beautification and litter removal. Check in at the visitor center to get supplies, an&nbsp;area to work, and a free t-shirt (limited supply). This is a drop in activity.</p><br>

Enjoy free nature-related and family-oriented activities. The celebration concludes with an Easter egg scramble for about 2,000 eggs!
