Clothesline Fair

The annual Clothesline Fair will take place over Labor Day weekend and features vendors selling and demonstrating handmade crafts, and local children competing in a square dancing competition. Non-profit organizations operate food and drink concessions.

Early Birder Hike

It's early, but the birds are already up. Join a park interpreter for this leisurely hike down the Great Blue Heron Trail to try and spot some local birds and other wildlife. Birdwatching 101

Join a park interpreter to learn the basics of birdwatching. Afterwards, put your new skills to the test on this short, 0.75-mile paved trail. Wear comfortable shoes for walking. Bring water and insect repellant. Don't forget to bring your binoculars!
