Winter Workshop Series: Campfire Cooking Basics

Join a park interpreter at the amphitheater for a class in campfire cooking basics. We will use multiple mechanisms to cook outdoors – including cast iron over a campfire, Dutch ovens, and foil packets. We will meet at the amphitheater at 9 a.m. to get started with fresh coffee in hand. This class will last about 3 hours and have a sampling of dishes that we make. Come ready for a great time! This program is free, but sign up is required by the Wednesday  efore the event by calling the visitor center at (501) 727-5441 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
