Wellness Wednesday Hike

Traversing through Elaine, Delta Heritage Trail is an ideal place to experience the outdoors and get some exercise. Here is your chance to meet up with others and join a park interpreter for a leisurely paced hike on an easy gravel surface trail lasting 30 minutes. Along the way we will discover how Elaine developed along the rail line and its development as a “trail town” on Delta Heritage Trail. Meet at the Elaine trailhead, dress to be outdoors, bring a water bottle, have footwear you are comfortable hiking in and be ready to start your outdoor fitness adventure.
