Pruning for Harvest, Health & Beauty

In this class, you will learn to clean and sharpen your tools. Labs include root pruning, cuttings, shaping, pruning for disease control and beauty in the landscape. Gain confidence to correctly prune annuals and perennials, from roots to flowers.

Full refunds will be given upon request up to one month before the start of class, by phone to 870-269-3854 or email to jeanette.larson@arkansas.gov. Students requesting a refund between a month and two weeks before the beginning of class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds within two weeks of class date. Class fee is $140 which includes hands-on labs, cuttings, herb harvest, handouts, and one newly pruned plant. Bring your bypass pruners, loppers, and tree saw.
