Admission: Registration fee $40, due to the Ozark Folk Center when you call 870-269-3851 to register. Class fee: $200 plus $55 materials fee.due to instructor at the beginning of class.
Learn to make an 8” stained glass Swedish Heart.
Students will learn the Tiffany Method of stained Glass which uses copper foil instead of lead. You will learn how to make a pattern, cut and grind glass, apply copper foil, solder and finish an 8” panel. You will be working with sharp glass, hot soldering iron and solder, and chemicals. Some manual dexterity is required. Wear appropriate clothing, no open-toed shoes. All tools and supplies will be provided. Come ready to work and make a beautiful piece of art!
