Lake View and Old Town Lake in Winter Adventure

Meet at the Lake View trailhead for an easy 0.5-mile guided hike with a park interpreter on a gravel surface trail. After hiking our adventure will continue when we caravan using your own vehicle a short distance to Old Town Lake for some birding. Winter is a good time to view bald eagles and a variety of other birds. Dress to be outdoors in the cold and have footwear you are comfortable hiking in. Bring binoculars, drinking water, and sunscreen. Call the park at (870) 572-2352 for direction to the Lake View trailhead.
