Lake View and Old Town Lake in Winter

Meet at the Lake View trailhead for a easy guided 0.5-mile hike with a park interpreter on a gravel surface trail. After hiking our adventure will continue when we caravan a short distance in your personal vehicle to Old Town Lake to view birds. Bald eagles frequent the lake in winter, along with a variety of other species. Dress to be outdoors and have footwear you are comfortable hiking in. Bring binoculars, drinking water, and sunscreen.
