Keep Arkansas Beautiful Fall Cleanup at the Ozark Folk Center State Park
The Ozark Folk Center State Park is hosting a Keep Arkansas Beautiful Clean Up on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Starting at 10 a.m., we will clean up litter around the parking lots, clear the trail heads at the White Water creek trail, fix up signs, and enjoy each other’s company as we work. The entire event is held outside, so wear gloves and dress according to the weather. Anyone who can pick up litter, share a story, pass out water bottles, swing a broom, or scrub a window is invited to join in the fun.
This is a chance for you to spend time being part of the Ozark Folk Center State Park family. If you’ve never been to the park, this will be a chance to find out what it’s about and share in the fun of the fall season. If you are a part of the park’s history, come and see what’s new.
Bring your own brown bag lunch and enjoy lunch together in the Picnic Pavilion, or the Skillet Restaurant will be open for lunch.
We'll wrap up the day at 3 p.m., but even if you can only join us for a little while, we'd still love to see you. Invite your friends and family to be a part of the Ozark Folk Center Keep Arkansas Beautiful event.
Volunteers will meet and sign in at the visitor center front desk. To sign up for a particular task, or for more information, call Craft Director Jeanette Larson at (870) 269-3854 or email jeanette.larson@arkansas.gov.
