Girl Scouts Love State Parks 2025: The Guides Above Us

In the dark skies of Village Creek State Park, you find eternal guides. Join a park interpreter at the amphitheater to hear stories about the guides in the sky, lessons these guides have taught humans, and how you can use the night sky to guide your way in the night. Please bring a flashlight and insect repellent. #GSLoveStateParks
This program will help you fulfill partial requirements for the following badges: Cadette Night Owl, Senior Sky, and Senior Space Science Expert.
Preregistration is required for this event. To reserve your spot, contact the visitor center at (870) 238-9406. Registration ends Tuesday, September 9th at 5 p.m. Admission is fre.
