Girl Scouts Love State Parks 2025: Fired Up for State Parks

What’s a Girl Scouts camping trip without a campfire? From making s’mores to sharing campfire stories, sitting around a campfire can spark lifelong memories. Join a park interpreter to learn the basics of fire-building for your next outdoor adventure, then hang around to enjoy smores and stories while the sun sets. All supplies will be provided. Please bring insect repellent and water. #GSLoveStateParks

 This program will help you fulfill partial requirements for the following badges: Brownie Eco Friend, Brownie Outdoor Adventurer, Junior Camper, Junior Eco Camper, Cadette Primitive Camper, and Ambassador Survival Camper.

Preregistration is required for this event. To reserve your spot, contact the Visitor Center at (870) 238-9406. Registration ends Tuesday, September 9th at 5 p.m. Admission is free.
