Dutch Oven Cooking Workshop

Here is your chance to learn how to prepare a simple fruit dessert on your next camping adventure using a Dutch oven. This is the perfect opportunity to try one out for the first time as all equipment will be provided. Meet at the visitor center as we discover the versatility of this cookware and a bit of history about it. While the food is cooking we can pass the time trying out some historic toys. Families are encouraged to attend. Preregistration is required by April 30 by calling the park at (870) 572-2352. A modest fee can be paid the day of the event to cover the cost of food enjoyed when we are finished preparing it.
