Kids Fishing Derby

Join us at Logoly State Park for our annual fishing derby. Kids under 15 will be able to fish at the pond starting at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 11 a.m. Awards will be given for biggest fish and most fish. There will also be door prizes awarded throughout the event. Parents are encouraged to help, but

Basket Weaving Workshop

Learn a new hobby based on an old art form that would have been essential during the height of the Magnesia Springs tourism era. All materials and tools will be supplied to weave a basket based on a traditional pattern. No previous experience needed. Registration is required by February 18.

Great American Cleanup

Join park staff in keeping this special place beautiful. We will be working in the park gardens and doing trash pick-up around the park. Check in at the visitor center to get supplies, an area to work, and a free t-shirt (limited supply).

Night Hike on the Falls Branch Trail

Join a park interpreter at the trailhead for the Falls Branch Trail for this special nighttime excursion into the forest. This adventure will be about 1/2-mile long and will take about 45 minutes. Be sure to bring a flashlight and wear sturdy shoes! <br>
