During this summer series, women are encouraged to join park staff to explore different
aspects of the park and enjoy the great outdoors with other like-minded women.

Join a park interpreter to spend time outdoors and use&nbsp;all of your senses on an easy hike on the 1/2-mile paved Heritage &amp;&nbsp;Habitat Trail. Wear comfortable shoes.

Morning Hike

Are you looking for a healthy way to start your morning? Join a park
interpreter on a leisurely morning stroll on the Heritage &amp; Habitat Trail
to enjoy the nature that Bull Shoals-White River State Park offers! Make sure
to wear appropriate shoes and bring plenty of water!

Meet a park interpreter and learn the story of the Ozark chinquapin! Find out about restoration efforts currently happening at Bull Shoals-White River State Park.

Evening Hike

Experience the sights and sounds of Bull Shoals-White River State Park on an evening hike on the Big Bluff Trail. The hike will take participants to the Big<br />
Bluff Overlook and back on a 1-mile moderately difficult hike on rocky, unlevel ground. Bring a flashlight and wear comfortable shoes.

Keeping Cool

<p>The weather is heating up! Join a park interpreter to find out methods of keeping cool while enjoying the outdoors.Learn the signs of heat-related illnesses and what to do if you experience&nbsp;them. </p>

Kayak Tour on Bull Shoals Lake
