Cabins on the Bluff of 2,753-foot Mount Magazine

Overlooking the Petit Jean River Valley and Blue Mountain Lake, cabins on Mount Magazine offer breathtaking views in a rustic setting. Mount Magazine's 13 mountain cabins stretch along the bluff near The Lodge at Mount Magazine–the highest peak in Arkansas. Choose from a variety of Arkansas mountain cabins, including five 873-square-foot one-bedroom designs, seven 1,317-square-foot two-bedroom designs, and one 1,669-square-foot, three-bedroom design.

Emulating the rustic architectural style made popular in the 1930s, these modern Arkansas mountain cabins rest on native stone foundations and feature wood-clad exteriors with exposed wood beams. The interior features wood tongue and groove paneling. Each cabin includes a fully-equipped kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, fireplace, a bathroom for each bedroom, and wrap-around decks with outdoor hot tubs facing the view from the bluff, ideal for an Arkansas weekend getaway.

We have designated cabins that are dog friendly. Additional pet fees and shot records are required. Please contact us directly to book one of these cabins and with any questions. Service animals are welcome in all 13 of Mount Magazine State Park's cabins, as well as the park's other facilities.
