Women in the Woods: Dutch Oven Kayak Cookout

Traditions never tasted so good! Join park interpreters for a double adventure: a hands-on class about traditional cooking with the cast iron Dutch oven, followed by a kayak cruise on Lake Frierson! Learn everything you need to know about seasoning, cleaning, and cooking with a camp Dutch oven. While we wait for our food to cook, we will catch the sunset by kayak and then return for a well-deserved Dutch oven meal.
