Twining Demonstration

The Plum Bayou people likely used a technique called twining to make shoes, bags, and more! Twining is the
process of interlacing strings to make textiles. During this demonstration, you will see how the twining process is an easy way to create textiles using nothing more than string and your fingertips. Examples of re-created shoes and bags will be on display.
