Sunset Kayak Tour

Paddle into the golden hour with us! Join a park interpreter for a peaceful evening kayak tour and experience Lake Catherine like never before. As we glide across the calm waters, we’ll explore the lake’s unique aquatic life, spot shoreline wildlife, and uncover what makes this hidden gem so special. Along the way, we’ll take time to float, relax, and watch the sun dip behind the Ouachita Mountains—a picture-perfect moment to reflect and connect with nature. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This tour is weather-dependent. All gear is provided—just bring your sense of adventure. Sign up by 5 p.m. on the day of the tour; stop by or call the visitor center at (501) 844-4176 during business hours and pay. Participants must be 6 years old to participate in the program. Children ages 6 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult in a tandem kayak.
