Star Party

Gaze at the park's beautiful night sky! Meet at Camp Ouachita Historic Site in Ogden Hall for a fascinating star presentation presented by the members of Crntral Arkansas Astronomical Society. Then, head to the day use area to explore the cosmos through the lens of many telescopes. Be prepared for a night of amazement and star gazing! Make sure to wear weather appropriate clothing as this event is partly outdoors. *This is a partnership event presented by Arkansas State Parks and the Central Arkansas Astronomical Society.
