Rocky Valley Trail to the East Quarry

Join a park interpreter as we depart on the Rocky Valley Trail. We'll descend through the valley between the Fulk Mountains and ascend the other side up to the Dickinson Overlook at the East Quarry, learning about the flora, fauna, and geology we discover along the way! We'll also learn more about the Monument art piece that adorns this landscape at the top of the quarry. This trail is just over 3 miles round-trip, and moderate in difficulty. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear, clothing appropriate for the weather, and bring water!
