South Arkansas is home to an abundant diversity of animals. This assortment includes a wide range of birds, insects, mammals, amphibians, and reptiles. Learn about the pivotal role played by reptiles in keeping the balance of nature and maintaining a healthy environment. A visiting interpreter from White Oak Lake State Park will present a reptile program with different reptiles. We will discuss the varying behaviors of each reptile. You may even get a chance to touch one!
