Queen Wilhelmina State Park is the perfect location to view the Perseid Meteor Shower. Meet a park interpreter at 8:30 p.m. to learn what causes meteor showers and for viewing tips. Join at 8:45 p.m. for popcorn and to share the excitement of shooting stars with fellow park visitors. Bring a chair or blanket, get comfortable, and relax.
