Mountain Medicine Hike

Settlers originally sought out Rich Mountain to help heal medical ailments, restore the weary, and bolster the soul. The mountain has a long history of providing a source of natural medicine. Join a park interpreter to learn about how the settlers used the mountain’s resources to heal. This easy 1-mile hike takes place along the Spring Trail. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of drinking water.
