Lake Sylvia Star Party

Join the Central Arkansas Astronomical Society at Lake Sylvia to gaze at the park's beautiful night sky! Meet at Camp Ouachita Historic Site in Ogden Hall for a fascinating star presentation presented by the members of CAAS. Then, head to the Day Use Area to explore the cosmos through the lens of many telescopes. Be prepared for a night of amazement and star gazing! Make sure to wear weather appropriate clothing as this event is partly outdoors. *This event is presented in partnership with the Central Arkansas Astronomical Society and Arkansas State Parks.
