Kayak Birding Adventure

Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day with a kayaking adventure on Lake Frierson! In this tour of the lake, you can discover many different species of birds making pit-stops along their migratory journey, as well as the conservational importance of protected lakes such as this. Recreational kayaks, paddles, and lifejackets will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen, towels, and insect repellent, and wear clothes that can get wet. If you have your own binoculars, please bring those as well. Call or visit the visitor center to reserve your spot as kayak space is limited: (870) 932-2615. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to participate in kayak tours.
