Historic Chicken Processing Workshop

Staff will demonstrate the method used by Washington’s early settlers to prepare a chicken for cooking.

This free workshop will be held at the Sanders Barnyard. Register by calling the park at (870) 983-2684.

*The animal will be dispatched beforehand, but please consider that processing a chicken may be disturbing to some visitors.
