Girl Scouts Love State Parks 2025: Prospectors Trail Guided Hike

Visit Crater of Diamonds State Park for the largest outdoor Girl Scout event of the year. Join a park interpreter at the Prospector trailhead, on the northwest side of the diamond search area, and experience Crater of Diamonds State Park like miners and geologists of the past! Paid admission to the diamond search area is required to access this trail. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring drinking water, and insect repellent. Plan to walk about 1.2 miles over gently sloping terrain, with periodic stops along the way. Please call the park, (870) 285-3113, to register for this program by September 9. #GSLoveStateParks
