Fishing 101

Have you ever wanted to go fishing but didn’t know where to start? Look no further! Join the park interpreter to learn the basics of fishing, what gear you need to get started, and how to get in on the fishing fun at Lake Frierson State Park! Fishing poles and artificial lures will be provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own rods, reels, bait and tackle. Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended.
