First Day Hike

Please join us for our First Day Hike here at White Oak Lake State Park. We will be meeting on January 1, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Spring Branch Ttrailhead located next to the pavilion. the program is expected to last about an hour. The trail is approximately 1/3-mile in length and is considered an easy to moderate traverse level. Participants are encouraged to dress warm with good hiking shoes or boots. Together we will discuss the history of White Oak Lake State Park and the surrounding natural resources found along the trail. There is a public restroom just before the trail head participants are encouraged to use before the start of the hike. #FirstDayHikes
