Edible Plant Workshop

Throughout history people have relied on plants for food and wellness. The knowledge of how plants can nourish and help us was commonplace. There are many edible and beneficial plants right outside your door. We will look at some of the native plants that can be utilized. In this session we will look at what most people today call “weeds.” We meet in the visitor center Lakeview Room and look at how to identify and prepare various plant species.
