Dutch Oven Outdoor Cooking Workshop

Transform your outdoor cooking experience with a Dutch oven! Join park interpreters for this one-day Dutch Oven Workshop at Cossatot River State Park. You’ll leave with skills on how to season and care for Dutch ovens, how to regulate temperature with coals, and recipes for a 3-course meal. The menu for this workshop includes buttermilk biscuits, beef stew and mixed berry cobbler. No experience necessary. Registration is required by November 8th.
