Join a park interpreter in the grassy area across from the visitor center to learn how to make your own fire starters—an easy, useful skill using materials you probably already have at home. You’ll discover what makes a good fire, explore fire safety tips, and create handy fire starters to take home for your next campfire. All materials will be provided.
