Christmas Bird Count

Admission: Free
Team up with friends to participate in the annual Christmas Bird Count at Lake Catherine State Park! This event is in cooperation with Hot Springs National Park and other community organizations. Teams will be formed, and official counts will be shared with Hot Springs National Park to monitor birds in Arkansas. Please email Carrie Balkman at [email protected] to register for this event by December 15, 2023 by 5 pm. A bird guidebook, binoculars, and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended to participants.
