Adventure Series Workshop- Fishing 101

Come celebrate Great Outdoors Month at Lake Dardanelle State Park and engage in new outdoor adventures. We will host a new workshop each Saturday from 9-11 a.m. Registration for each includes all materials needed for the workshop. These workshops are designed to provide basic instruction for each topic to let participants learn about the outdoor activities and try them out. This week's workshop is Fishing 101; are you ready to try your hand at landing one of Lake Dardanelle’s many fish species? If you have never been fishing and want to learn, we will teach you basic knots, how to cast a pole, and even how to clean your catch. We will meet in the visitor center Lakeview Room to begin our fishing adventure.
