Hands-On History: Yo-Yos, Spinning Tops and Jacks

Meeting Place: Museum Auditorium
Admission: Free
Are you ready to explore hands-on history? Come to the museum and learn about playtime during the 1920s. With the museum's curator, you will see toys from a hundred years ago and discover what toys were popular during that time period. Make your own old-fashioned toy using a variety of materials such as paper cups, craft sticks, construction paper, straws, tape, and glue. This program is designed for children ages 6-11, but everyone is welcome. Adults are required to remain with their child during the program. Please call (870) 725-2877 to reserve a place for your child in the program.
