Sandal Weaving Workshop Parkin Archeological State Park

Meeting Place: Visitor Center

The prehistoric Arkansans performed many tasks to make their lives more comfortable. Sandal weaving likely was one of those tasks. Come learn how to make twined sandals similar to ones found at various American Indian sites in this state. A $15 fee per person will cover materials and instruction. Preregistration is required. Participant minimum is 5 and maximum is 15. Ages 12 and above, please.
