Jimbo Mathus and Kinfolks features old time and bluegrass songs culled from the classic Southern songbook. Folks know Jimbo from his various solo projects, his work with Buddy Guy and his current role as front man and founding member of the Squirrel Nut Zippers.

For this show, Jimbo goes back to his earliest musical roots; playing the songs he learned as a youngster in Mississippi and from his trips to the Ozarks, pickin' on the Court Square in Mountain View, Arkansas.

All Feature Concerts at the Ozark Folk Center State Park include a matinee set from 2 - 3 p.m. at the Outdoor Music Pavilion in the Craft Village and an evening performance in the Ozark Folk Center Auditorium from 7 - 9 p.m. The Craft Village features more than 21 artisans who you can meet, see them demonstrate their craft, and buy their unique creations.
