Introduction to Loom Knitting Logoly State Park

Admission: $25

Meeting Place: Visitor Center

If you’re looking for a fresh approach to knitting, put down your needles, and give loom knitting a whirl! Both fast and fun, loom knitting is an older art that has recently become more popular. You can create scarves, sleeves, hats and even socks on a loom. During the workshop you will begin a simple project and learn basic loom knitting techniques. A round loom, a hook and a skein of yarn will be provided for use during the workshop. The loom and hook is yours to keep as well as printed instructions for a basic brimmed hat. Class size is limited to 5 participants. Reservations are required. Please contact the park at (870) 695-3561 for more details or to make a reservation.
