Hike Through History Mount Nebo State Park

Meeting Place: Summit Park Trailhead

Take a hike through Mount Nebo State Park’s history with a park interpreter! Learn about the luxurious Summit Park Hotel that burned down in 1917, and explore the Civilian Conservation Corps’ role in the development of Mount Nebo State Park in the 1930s. This approximate mile long hike can be strenuous at times. Be sure to bring water and wear sturdy shoes.
