Flags of the Civil War Lake Chicot State Park

During the American Civil War, flags became an important part of both the Union and the Confederacy identity. The Union proudly flew Old Glory, while the Confederacy adopted a variety of flags to represent the southern states. Join a park interpreter to learn about some of the common flags of the Civil War and what these flags meant to the soldiers fighting the battles.
