Boy Scout Indian Lore Merit Badge Workshop

Boy Scouts and Scout Leaders, we are offering to help you earn the Indian Lore Merit Badge. American Indians have many different cultures, languages, religions, styles of dress, and ways of life far different from the stereotypes or common images that are portrayed in film, on television, and in many books and stories. To learn about these different groups is to take an exciting journey of discovery in which you will meet some of America's most fascinating peoples. Look into different tribes of America to find out about these people while earning your merit badge. In this class, we will cover all requirements. Class supplies are provided. You’re welcome to bring a lunch. Reservations are required, as space is limited. Troop camping is available by advanced reservation. Leaders should contact park staff for details.
