Arkansas State Parks are Open for Business

All Arkansas State Parks are open and remain available to visitors under Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. 

We recommend that visitors social distance of at least 6 feet in all public indoor spaces when others are present. Park staff will continue to follow CDC and Arkansas Department of Health guidelines. Please continue to do your part to make our parks a safe experience for all and to respect others by properly social distancing.

What is limited:

  • Restaurant seating is limited to 66% of the normal capacity. 
  • Group Events: Please check with the park directly to coordinate with the park about ADH protocols. 
  • Due to the pandemic, housekeeping will not clean lodge rooms and cabins daily. Guests may request additional towels and toiletries by calling lodge guest services or for parks with cabins only, the visitor center during business hours.
