This famous point overlooking the Arkansas River Valley is now barrier-free. Wayside exhibits explain the legend of Petit Jean and history of the area. This is a certified Trail of Tears site with a dramatic view of the Arkansas River Water Route and the beginning of what once was Cherokee lands in Arkansas.
