The railroad that ran through Delta Heritage Trail State Park was the lifeblood of the many communities it went through. It allowed lumber, cotton, and people to travel freely up and down its corridor, creating times of prosperity, and times of hardship after it left. Visit with a park interpreter to hear this special story.
