About this Event

Admission: Free

Meeting Place: Beech Point Campground

Park interpreters are all about connecting visitors to the resources the park has to offer. Today we are focusing on what we can do for native wildlife. Many people put out bread, crackers or other tasty treats trying to bring birds and other wildlife in for a closer look, then get frustrated when the raccoons, skunks and opposums descend and make a mess of their property or campsite. Discover how you can help our native wildlife without causing as many negative consequences for yourself and others. Of course, you are welcome to ask about anything you find interesting.

March 12, 2013 @ 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
