Meeting Place: Visitor Center Audio-Visual Room

Receive training in one of the longest established environmental education programs recognized worldwide! Project Learning Tree is a respected and proven environmental education curriculum approved by the Arkansas Department of Education for 6 hours of professional development! Each participant receives a 400+ page curriculum activity guide containing 96 hands-on, interdisciplinary activities correlated to state and national education frameworks. Join us for this fun and educational day and learn how to implement these activities into your own classroom, camp, or educational program. Participants must stay for the full 6-hour training in order to receive the curriculum guide and the 6 hours of professional development. No partial credit will be given. Space is limited and registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please bring a sack lunch. Contact the park for more information.
