About this Event

Admission: $3 per person, under 6 free

Meeting Place: Visitor Center

American Indians from long ago ate many of the same foods you and I eat today.  Join a park interpreter in learning about traditional foods eaten by many American Indians.  It wouldn't be fair to talk about food without taking a sample.  After learning about the food American Indians ate, you will be able to try a variety of dishes enjoyed by American Indian cultures of the past and present.  Food is always better shared, so please bring your family and friends.  Come early before the food runs out!
